What are the courses available?

We have a  diploma course in bakery and pastry, 6 weeks certificate course in baking and pastry, one month intensive egg free course and short term classes on various exciting topics. There are also various masterclasses scheduled throughout the year. We also provide personalized courses and corporate classes designed as per your needs and requirements.

What is the difference between the 6 weeks course and the short term classes?

The 6 weeks course is a crash course with 240 hours of hands-on experience that will enable you to gain the skills and upgrade your knowledge of pastry. It is designed for individuals who require a quick understanding of the world of pastry. On the other hand, the short term classes are designed for hobbyists and individuals with full time careers who would like to explore their creativity through baking. The short term classes are from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. You can refer to the weekend calendar on the website for more details.

Is the 6-week course or diploma course egg free?

The 6-week course and diploma course  isn’t egg-free, however there will be options in the modules that do not use eggs.

Is pastry knowledge necessary prior to joining any of the courses?

No, there is no prior knowledge of pastry required before joining the course. You will learn and develop your skills during the course.

What is the eligibility to join any of the  courses?

Anyone above the age of 16 is eligible to join the course. A passion for baking and pastry is all that is required for you to start your journey of becoming a skilled pastry chef.

What are the payment options?

You could make the payment online through our website and block your seat. You could also contact us directly to register and make the payment.

For Instance – the payment can be done via UPI, Card, Online, Net Banking, Cash and then also talk about EMI options. EMI for only Diploma / 6 Months Course.

What are the fee inclusions for the full time courses?

The fees include the cost of training, ingredients, uniform and a tool kit. Accommodation, daily meals and travel is not included in the course fee.

Do you provide internship opportunities?

Yes, we will assist in providing short term internships and on the job practice for students completing the diploma and 6 week course. Internship however isn't mandatory for those who do not wish to do it.

What certification will I receive upon completing the diploma course? What value does it hold?

You will receive a certificate from the academy testifying your completion of the course. The instructors in the school are well known and reputed pastry chefs that are recognized in the industry. The certificate will help in its ability to demonstrate your skills, knowledge and dedication to the world of pastry. Additionally, you will also receive a certificate from City and Guilds, London on successfully completing the examination. This certificate is recognised world- wide.

What certification will I receive on completing the 6 week course?

You will receive a certificate from the academy testifying your completion of the course. The instructors in the school are well known and reputed pastry chefs that are recognized in the industry. The certificate will help in its ability to demonstrate your skills, knowledge and dedication to the world of pastry. Additionally, you will also be eligible to apply for a  certification from City and Guilds, London at an additional fee. This certificate is recognised world- wide.

The best part apart from the immense learning is you get to pack all your creations and take them back home for you and your family to taste and enjoy.

Yes, you will receive a certificate on the completion of the class from 100 Folds Culinary Guild.

Do you have any Egg-Free courses?

Yes, we do have a one month egg free course. It includes various topics like breads, breakfast pastries, entremets, petit gateau and chocolates.

What certificate will I receive on completion of the egg free course?

You will receive a certificate from the academy testifying your completion of the course. The instructors in the school are well known and reputed pastry chefs that are recognized in the industry. The certificate will help in its ability to demonstrate your skills, knowledge and dedication to the world of pastry.

How is the fee structure for all the courses?

For the convenience of our students, fees are divided into two parts, an enrollment fee that helps us secure your seat and the remaining amount before the actual date of commencement. The fees include almost all course related costs, including admission processing, tuition, uniforms,ingredient costs and a student kit. For the diploma course we have an EMI payment facility with a financial institution.

How are the batches scheduled for the diploma course?

We have scheduled 2 batches a year. One intake in January and the second in May. Each batch can accommodate only 12 students.

What is the student to chef ratio?

We have one of the lowest student to chef ratios in the country with 1 instructor for 12 students allowing individual attention with tailored feedback and an enhanced learning experience through close supervision.
